CNC turning (Computer Numerical Control) is a fundamental machining technology that ensures unmatched precision, repeatability, and production efficiency. Thanks to advanced CNC-controlled machines, the turning process allows the manufacture of components with complex shapes that meet the most demanding quality standards.

CNC Turning - Precision in Machining

What is CNC turning?

The CNC turning consists of several key stages:

  1. CAD Design Creation – The process begins with creating a detailed technical design in CAD software (Computer-Aided Design). The design includes exact dimensional and geometric specifications of the part to be manufactured.
  2. Translating the Design into a CNC Lathe Control Plan (CAM) – The design is then converted using CAM software (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), which generates code to control the CNC lathe. This code defines tool paths, spindle speed, and machining parameters.
  3. CNC Turning Execution – The final control plan is loaded into the CNC lathe, where the machine performs precise material removal machining.

We handle both individual prototypes and serial orders. We respond quickly to changing client needs, offering a tailored approach to every project.

Production flexibility

We work with various types of metals (e.g. carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, titanium alloys) and plastics (POM, PA, PTFE). We can also produce parts using materials provided by the customer.
